- Nancy Wang - Contract Accountant

Nancy is one of our senior accountants, a long-standing staff member who moved to Auckland to start married life with the subsequent arrival of a baby daughter Maggie. We are fortunate to have Nancy in a position to work for us remotely and also that technology allows this to be possible. Nancy has a charming, serene manner and imparts stories with a wonderful sense of humour. She is an only child and has a great work ethic completing her Masters degree and studying and passing her Chartered Accountant exams while applying her natural analytical and numerical skills to her full-time role. Nothing is a problem to Nancy and we love having her as part of our team.

- Michelle Burns - Part-time Accountant

Michelle is married and a busy Mum of two adorable small boys. With broadband access to the main office server so is able to work from home to suit. Her background has always been working with numbers but for large corporations and she is really enjoying the change and flexibility with time. She buzzes cheerily into the office when the need calls to collect the latest box of records or files and is an ever willing, indispensable part of our team. Michelle enjoys the outdoors as spare time allows - walking, camping, biking swimming and fishing with her children.

- Gill Kennedy - Accountant

After a number of years in self employment Gill started university study extramurally in 1993 - so she could really understand what her accountant was talking about! Gill graduated in 2002 and has had 10 years in CA practice; both large and small firms. Gill is a shareholder in her family business so does understand the concept of completing paperwork late in the evenings! Gill has made it her priority to make accounting for business users friendly and easy as possible. With this in mind she has specialised in implementing a range of different accounting systems to suit client needs.
Outside of work Gill enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as riding her horse. Her long term aim is to own a farmlet and enjoy the rural side of New Zealand.

- Kirsty McDiarmid - MYOB/Xero Whiz

To add to the family mix Kirsty keeps busy with four school-age children and is a wonderful balance to our team providing competent, willing support to our MYOB and Xero clients and keeping our company records in exemplary order with her natural eye for detail. Kirsty’s background has also included working as a Trust Accountant in a legal office. The role has grown with her as she built on her previous experience soon after joining us by qualifying as an MYOB Approved Partner and Xero trainer. Kirsty is ever cheerful and outgoing, and in between multi-tasking with work and family slots in time for netball, cycling, running, walking and reading.
