Your first meeting with Tony will pinpoint your needs and review your accounting methods. We in turn will outline our system and in what ways we need you to come on board to ensure smooth sailing from this point on.

We will provide you with a client information form so we don’t have to bother you again for details.

We provide a folder each year for your financial records to be kept together with easy to understand divisions for filing eg bank statements, tax invoices, and other documents.

We allocate a due-in month for your records to come to us. We are flexible with this which means if you need your financials to be completed before this date we can do so.

We will send you a reminder letter to keep you on track with your due-in date.

When your records come in we like to meet with you to ensure we are up to date with any changes to your business or personally.

We offer a guaranteed turn around time of 6 weeks from the time we receive your records to the date of completion.

We can arrange a fixed quote for your work in advance which can offer a concession and payments can be spread over a term by automatic payment. This means you know what to expect and there are no unpleasant surprises.

We can provide you with the services you require but if you wish to undertake some work yourself eg GST we are readily available to help. You won’t be fobbed off with an appointment in a “week or so”.
